Ingredients to make Manchurian:
- cabbage half
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Corn flavor 3 tbsp
- Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green coriander one cup
- salt to taste
- onion one
- capsicum one
- a small piece of ginger
- 6 to 7 sprigs of leesoon
- oil for frying
- 2 green chilies
To make Manchurian Sauce:
- Corn flavor 2 tbsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- red chili sauce spoon
- Green chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp
- 2 green chilies
- 2 tbsp oil
- Green coriander 1 cup
Method to make Manchurian:
veg Manchurian: First grate the cabbage and put the grated cabbage in a bowl, now add flour 3 spoons, corn flavor 3 spoons, Kashmiri red chili powder 1 spoon, ginger garlic paste 1 spoon, add salt as per taste and mix well. Mix it and keep it marinated for 10 minutes. If you want to add color, you can also add red color.
Now finely chop the coriander leaves and finely chop the green chilies as well and put them in the marinated cabbage and mix.
And now put a pan on the gas and put oil in the pan for frying. And let the oil get hot. After the oil is hot, now we will fry the Manchurian balls, now we will make small balls of the marinated Manchurian and put them in the oil.
After putting the Manchurian ball in oil, fry it till it becomes golden, after the Manchurian ball becomes golden, take it out on a plate.
And now finely chop the onion and finely chop the capsicum, now peel and finely chop the ginger and peel and finely chop the garlic and also chop the green coriander and finely chop the green chilies.
Now take 2 cups of water in a big bowl and add corn flavor 2 spoons, all-purpose flour 2 spoons, soya sauce 2 spoons, red chili sauce spoon, green chili sauce 2 spoons, tomato sauce 2 spoons and mix it.
And now put a pan on the gas and put oil in the pan, and let the oil heat up, after the oil is hot, put chopped ginger, and garlic in the oil, now add green chilies and add onion and capsicum and fry for 1 minute.
Now add the prepared sauce. And let it boil, after boiling add fried manchurian balls and boil for a minute and now add green coriander and mix and turn off the gas.
