  • 1 hakka noodles pocket
  • 5 to 7 lesson buds
  • 2 green chilies
  • a small piece of ginger
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 capsicum
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp red chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp green chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 cup green onions
  • salt to taste

Method for making Veg Hakka Noodles:

Veg Hakka Noodles: Pour 2 glasses of water into the most pan and add salt as per taste and add 1 spoon of oil put the pan on the gas and boil the water, after the water comes to a boil, now add the Hakka noodles and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

After the noodles are cooked, turn off the gas and drain the water from the pan and add cold water and take out the noodles in a strainer.

And now cut the onion thinly and cut the capsicum thinly. Cut the carrot also into thin slices. Cut the cabbage also thinly. Finely chop the garlic and also finely chop the ginger.

Now put a pan on the gas and put 4 spoons of oil in the pan and let the oil get hot, after the oil is hot, now put the chopped ginger and garlic in the oil, taking care that the ginger and garlic should not burn, roast for half a minute.

Now add onion and fry for half a minute, now add chopped vegetables, add capsicum, carrot, and cabbage and mix well and cook the vegetables for 1 to 2 minutes.

Now add noodles and now add 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp red chili sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp green chili sauce, and Hakka noodles masala, mix, now add 1 cup green onions and mix and now turn off the gas. Do it
