Veg Dalcha Recipe: It is very easy to make Veg Dalcha and it is tasty to eat. It does not take much time to make Veg Dalcha. From young to old, Veg Dalcha is liked very much.

In making Veg Dalcha, Veg Dalcha is made from some vegetables and pulses. If you make Veg Dalcha in this way, everyone will like it very much.
Ingredients to make Veg Dalcha:
- 2 cups toor dal
- 1 cup chana dal
- 1 cup masoor dal
- 2 bowl spinach
- 2 bowl fenugreek
- 1 cup tamarind water
- 2 teaspoons red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon spice
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 cup green coriander
- 1 cup green mint
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- a milkman
- half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- 4 tbsp oil
Standing Spices:
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 to 5 black peppercorns
- 4 to 5 cloves
- 1/2 tsp Shahi Jeera
- a small piece of cinnamon
- a star flower
- 2 green cardamom
Method to make Veg Dalcha:
Veg Dalcha Recipe: First of all wash 2 cups Tur Dal, 1 cup Chana Dal, and 1 cup Masoor Dal and put them in the cooker, now finely chop the spinach, finely chop the fenugreek, now finely chop the onion. Take tomatoes and cut them into small pieces and put them in the cooker.
Now peel the milk and cut it into big pieces and put it in the cooker, now add turmeric powder and salt as per taste and add 2 to 3 glasses of water cover the cooker and keep the cooker on the gas and let the cooker whistle for 5 whistles. turn off the gas after
Now heat a bowl, add water, and add tamarind to the hot water, after the cooker cools down, mash all the vegetables with a spoon.
And now put a pan on the gas and put oil in the pan after the oil is hot, put the spices standing in the oil, 2 bay leaves, 4 to 5 black pepper, 4 to 5 cloves,
Add half a teaspoon of Shahi Jeera, a small piece of cinnamon, star anise, 2 green cardamoms
Now add finely chopped onions and add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes, now add 2 teaspoons red chili powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon masala,
Add 1 tsp coriander powder and mix well
Now add cooked vegetables and mix well, now add tamarind water and mix well, now chop green coriander, chop green mint and add it to the lentils and mix well and let the lentils come to a boil. After that keep the gas on medium and cook for 5 minutes, now turn off the gas.
Now our Veg Dalcha is ready. Serve hot. If you make Veg Dalcha in this way, everyone will like it very much.
