Thalipeeth: Thalipeeth is very easy to make and tasty to eat. It doesn’t take much time to make Thalipeeth, everyone from young to old likes Thalipeeth very much.

You can make Thalipeeth and give it to the guests who come home. You can also give Thalipeeth in children’s tiffin. Thalipeeth is prepared in a very short time.

Thalipeeth is made from wheat, jawar, gram flour, green chilies, ginger, and garlic in making Thalipeeth. If you make Manchurian like this, everyone will like it very much.

Ingredients to make Thalipeeth:

  • Wheat flour 2 cups
  • Jowar flour 2 cups
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • onion 1
  • Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Ajwain half teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder half teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • oil 5 to 6 teaspoons
  • green coriander
  • salt to taste
  • a small piece of ginger
  • Lessons 7 to 9
  • cumin half teaspoon

Method of making Thalipeeth:

Thalipeeth: First of all, put 2 cups of wheat flour, 2 cups of jawar flour, and 1 cup of gram flour on a plate and mix it, now put green chilies, ginger, garlic, and cumin seeds in a mixer jar and grind them.

Now put the paste of green chilies, garlic, and ginger in the mixed flour and now finely chop the onion and also finely chop the green coriander and add it to the mixed flour.

And now add sesame seed 1 teaspoon, celery half teaspoon, red chili powder 1 teaspoon, turmeric powder half teaspoon, coriander powder 1 teaspoon, and salt as per taste, and mix it in the flour.

Now add water and knead the dough taking care not to knead the dough too much. After kneading the dough, cover the dough and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes so that it becomes soft.

And now after 15 to 20 minutes, knead the dough again for 2 minutes, now put a griddle on the gas, now apply water on your hands, and make round balls of the dough.

Take a soft handkerchief or cotton cloth and wet it with water, take a chakla and now keep the wet cloth on the Chakla.

Now put a round ball of flour on it, apply water on your hands, and start making it round with the help of your fingers. Keep applying water on your hands in between so that the dough does not stick to your hands.

And when it becomes round like roti, with the help of your fingers, make a hole in the middle and 3 to 4 holes around it. Now apply some oil on the hot griddle so that the griddle becomes smooth.

Now very carefully lift the handkerchief with the help of hands-on which you have made the Thalipeeth and place it on the hot griddle to roast. While putting the thalipeeth on the griddle, slowly remove the handkerchief from the Thalipeeth.

Allow the Thalipeeth to roast and put oil in the hole where we made the holes and make the gas medium and after 5 minutes let the Thalipeeth flip and cook on the other side as well. And apply some oil to the Thalipeeth.

After baking the Thalipeeth, keep it on a plate. And now our delicious Thalipeeth is ready, serve it hot, and you can add curd to the Thalipeeth. Schezwan chutney and pickle can be served seven times. Thalipeeth is very tasty to eat. You must try this recipe.
