Method to make Sevai Kheer

Sevai kheer is prepared with Sevai, milk, cashews, almonds, and ghee. If you make Sevai kheer in this way, everyone will like it.

Ingredients to make Sevai Kheer:

  • half liter milk
  • a bowl of Sevai
  • 8 to 10 cashews
  • 8 to 9 almonds
  • 8 to 9 raisins
  • 4 spoons ghee
  • Half teaspoon cardamom powder
  • a cup of sugar

Method of making Sevai Kheer:

Sevai Kheer: First cut the Sevai into fine pieces, according to your choice, cut the vermicelli into fine or big pieces, now put a pan on the gas, and let the pan heat up.

After the pan is hot, add Sevai pour a spoonful of ghee over the vermicelli fry till it turns golden brown or until it turns light red, and take it out on a plate.

Now put a vessel on the gas and now pour milk into the vessel and let the milk boil. After the milk has boiled, add sugar to the milk and cut the cashew nuts into small pieces. Cut the almonds into fine pieces and also the raisins. Take it and add it to the milk.

If you want, you can add cashews, almonds, and raisins in big pieces. Now add roasted Sevai to the milk and after 2 minutes add ghee to the milk.

Add half a teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix, now Keep the gas on medium for 5 minutes and turn off the gas after 5 minutes.
