Method to make Sabudana Khichdi:
First of all, put Sabudana in a bowl and wash it with water and soak it in water overnight or for 3 to 4 hours.
After soaking the sago, now put a pan on the gas and put peanuts in the pan. Fry the peanuts well, after roasting the peanuts, take them out on a plate and let the peanuts cool down.
After the peanuts cool down, put them in a mixer jar and grind them coarsely. And take it out in a bowl, now finely chop the green chilies and finely chop the green coriander, now peel the potatoes and cut them thinly.
And now put a pan on the gas and put oil in the pan and let the oil get hot. After the oil becomes hot, put cumin seeds in the oil and let the cumin seeds crackle.
Now add chopped green chilies and fry for 1 minute, now add chopped potatoes and mix and let the potatoes cook, after the potatoes are cooked, add sago and mix.
Now add ground peanuts and green coriander and salt to the Sabudana, mix well and cover the pan and make the gas medium. And cook the Sabudana khichdi for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, once again mix the Sabudana khichdi and turn off the gas. Shut down
