procedure for making Pani puri

There is a different pleasure in eating Gol Gappas. Many people like to eat pani puri by road. But today we will tell you how to make pani puri at home.
Whenever you feel like eating golgappas, you do not need to go out, you can make as many golgappas at home and enjoy eating them.
It is very easy to make Pani Puri at home, you just need to know the right way of making it. So, without further delay, let us know the method of making Golgappas.
Ingredients to make Puri:
- Semolina 1 bowl ( cup )
- flour half bowl
- baking powder half a teaspoon
- oil 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- Spices for stuffing in pani puri:
- potatoes 2
- Chickpeas half bowl
- onion 1
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Red chili powder half tsp
- black salt as per taste
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
- salt to taste
Ingredients to make Pani Puri’s spicy water
- a bowl of mint leaves
- Green coriander half bowl
- ginger 2-inch piece
- Green chilies 2 to 3
- 1 tbsp pani puri masala
- salt to taste
- 1 lime
Ingredients to make sweet water of Pani Puri:
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- half cup tamarind water
- 1 glass of hot water
procedure for making Pani puri :
Pani puri recipe: To make Gol Gappas, first mix semolina, flour, baking powder, salt, and oil in a big bowl or bowl and mix well.
Now add water to semolina and refined flour and knead it well in the same way as you knead dough.
Now cover the dough with a wet cloth and leave it for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, make small balls of dough the size of lemons.
Then roll the dough thin like a poori.
Now with the help of a lid, cut the puri into a round shape and keep the puri in a plate and take out the excess flour and keep it again to make dough.
In the same way, prepare all the dough balls. Now put oil in a pan and heat it.
When the oil becomes hot, put 6 to 7 puris in the oil and fry them. Press the puris in the oil with a frying pan so that the puris will puff up.
Fry the puris till they turn golden brown on both sides.
When the puris turn golden brown from both sides, take them out on a plate.
Similarly, fry all the puris.
Method of masala for stuffing in pani puri:
Pani puri: First of all soak black gram by adding water to the gram. After soaking the gram overnight or for 4 to 5 hours, put the gram in the cooker.
Add 1 glass of water and cover the cooker and put the cooker on the gas and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the gram is cooked.
After the gram is cooked, drain the water completely and take out the gram in a vessel.
Now put the potatoes in the cooker, add 1 glass of water, and keep the cooker on the gas. And let the cooker have 3 to 4 sets or cook till the potatoes are cooked.
After the potatoes are cooked, take them out on a plate and remove the peel from the top of the potatoes and grate the potatoes very finely.
Now chop the onion very finely and also chop the coriander very finely.
Put potatoes, chickpeas, onions, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, black salt, and green coriander in a big bowl and mix all the ingredients well. Now the filling of Pani Puri is ready.
Method for making Pani Puri’s spicy water:
First of all wash mint leaves, and green coriander with water, now put green mint, green coriander, ginger cut into small pieces, and green chilies in a small jar of the mixer.
After putting all in the jar of the mixer, do not forget to add lemon juice. Do not forget to add lemon juice to prevent the blackening of mint leaves.
And after grinding, take it out in a big bowl. Add 1 glass of cold water and mix it well.
Now add salt as per taste and Pani Puri masala and mix well. Keep in mind that the water should be cold while making the hot water.
This gives a taste to the spicy water, so pour the water only after cooling it, now the spicy water of Pani Puri is ready
Method to make Pani Puri sweet water:
First of all, heat water in a bowl and put tamarind in hot water.
And keep the tamarind soaked for 10 minutes, now mash the tamarind finely and take out the tamarind water in a bowl.
Now put jaggery in a pan and add 1 glass of water and put the pan on the gas and boil the water until the jaggery dissolves in the water.
Or you can dissolve the jaggery by adding jaggery in cold water, you can also do this. After dissolving the jaggery, add tamarind water and mix well.
And let the water cool down. Now the sweet water of Pani Puri is ready. Take it, it is ready. Make a hole in the middle of the Pani Puri and add a little potato gram mixture and eat it after filling it with water.
