Method to make Paneer Paratha:
Paneer Paratha: First of all, sift the wheat flour and take it on a plate. Sieve the flour as well. Now add salt as per taste add water little by little and knead the dough.
Keep in mind that while making Aloo Paratha, knead the dough tightly at the time of kneading, if your dough is not too thin, then while making Aloo Paratha, if you knead the paratha dough thinly, then the paratha will not be rolled out.
The paratha breaks, hence the paratha dough has to be kneaded tightly. And now after kneading the dough, put 2 spoons of oil on it and make it soft, just like a chapati, and keep it covered with a cloth for 10 to 15 minutes.
And now grate the paneer and take it out in a bowl. Now put green chillies, ginger, garlic, and cumin in the jar of the mixer. After grinding, add it to the grated paneer.
Now add ground green chilli, ginger, garlic, coriander, garam masala, chaat masala, turmeric powder, musk fenugreek, red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt as per taste and mix well.
Now again we will knead the dough for 2 minutes and now keep a pan on the gas to heat. We will cut the dough into small pieces and now we will also prepare small balls of Paneer Masala. By doing this, it will be easier to make parathas, hence make balls of spices.
Now we take a chakla and put some dry flour on the chakla. Now take a small piece of dough and place it on a rolling board roll out the dough a little thick put the cheese masala on top of the dough and close all its corners.
And roll it out with light hands and do not roll it too thinly. Since the paratha is a little thick, roll it out a little thick.
Now we will put the paratha on the pan, do not turn it till bubbles appear on it, apply ghee all around it and then we will turn it and cook till the paratha becomes golden.
