  • 1 teaspoon Kasturi Methi
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon hot red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • half teaspoon coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 to 3 bay leaves
  • a small piece of cinnamon
  • half teaspoon cumin
  • 5 to 6 cloves
  • 7 to 8 black peppercorns
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 green chilies
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp oil

Method for making Butter Paneer Masala :

butter paneer masala: First of all cut the paneer with a knife, you can cut the paneer into small or big pieces according to your choice. Now chop the onion and cut the tomato too.

And now put a pan on the gas and put some oil in the pan and let the oil heat up. After the oil is hot, now put onion, garlic, and ginger in the oil and fry it well. Fry till the onion turns golden.

After roasting the onion, take out the onion, ginger, and garlic on a plate and let it cool. After the onion, ginger, and garlic cool down, now put the onion, garlic, and ginger in the jar of the mixer. And grind it into a fine paste. Make it and take it out in a bowl.

After the butter is hot, put 2 to 3 bay leaves, a small piece of cinnamon, half a teaspoon of cumin, 5 to 6 cloves, and 7 to 8 black peppers in the oil, and fry them lightly.

And then add tomato paste and also add cashew paste and mix it, now cook tomatoes and onions until oil separates.

After leaving the oil on the tomatoes and onions, add one teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 teaspoon hot red chili powder, half a teaspoon garam masala, and half a teaspoon coriander powder and mix well.

And now add chopped paneer and mix it well. And add one cup of water and mix it. Now add salt as per taste and add crushed Kasturi Methi and mix it.

You can add more or less water according to your taste. Now after the paneer comes to a boil, put the gas on medium and cover the pan.

And cook for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes turn off the gas, Butter Paneer Masala is ready. And now you can serve hot Butter Paneer Masala with Naan or with Rice or with Roti, Butter Paneer Masala becomes very tasty.
