Mutton Biryani Recipe in Hindi: Everyone likes to eat mutton biryani very much. You can make it and give it to the guests coming home. Everyone makes mutton biryani in different ways.

This method of mutton biryani is very easy. And mutton biryani is very tasty to eat. You can eat mutton biryani for lunch or dinner. Mutton biryani is liked by children and adults.

Ingredients for making Mutton Biryani:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Basmati rice 1 kg
  • 5 onions
  • 5 tomatoes
  • Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Green chili 3/4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Mutton Biryani Masala 2 tbsp
  • Green coriander 1 cup
  • Mint 1 cup
  • bay leaf 3/4
  • Lough 5 /6
  • black pepper 5/6
  • Cinnamon 1/2 piece
  • 4 tbsp ghee
  • salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 cups curd
  • Curry leaves 5 to 6
  • Food color 2 pinches

Ingredients are given below for cooking mutton:

  • mutton
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • turmeric powder half teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

How to make Mutton Biryani:

First of all, wash the mutton thoroughly with 3/4th water, now put a cooker on the gas. Turn on the gas, put oil in the cooker, and heat the oil. And put onion in it, let the onion turn red. Put tomato, ginger, and garlic paste in it, and add turmeric powder and salt.

Now put mutton in it and mix it well, after 5 minutes add water to it and cover the cooker and let it pass for 5/6 whistles or cook till the mutton is cooked and turn off the gas.

Now let the cooker cool down, after the cooker cools down, finely chop the onion and tomato and also finely chop the green coriander, and mint, and cut the green chilies in the middle.

Now put a pan on the gas and put ghee and oil in the pan. And let it heat up. Now put bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, and black pepper in it. And fry it for a minute, now add finely chopped onions and green chilies and let it turn slightly red.

Mutton Biryani

Now put tomatoes in it and cook until tomatoes become soft, now add Kashmiri red chili powder, Biryani masala, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and mix it well. Now add curd and mix it.

After mixing the spices well, put green coriander, mint now put the mutton in it. Mix it well and put it in the cooker.

Now after heating the water in the cooker, do not pour it cold. After heating the water, let it boil, after boiling, wash the rice and put it in the cooker, and mix it.

Now cover the cooker and let the cooker whistle for 3 whistles, after the whistle, turn off the gas and let the cooker cool down.

Now take 2 spoons of water in a bowl and add red food color or you can add any color according to your taste, now our mutton biryani is ready.

After the cooker cools down, take out the mutton biryani on a plate and serve the biryani hot, eat seven more pieces of lemon and onion.
