How to make Mawa Peda

Ingredients for making Mawa Peda:
- a bowl of mawa
- a cup of milk
- 9 to 10 almonds
- 4 to 5 cardamoms
- Half cup powdered sugar
- 2 spoons ghee
- 6 to 7 pistachios
Method to make Mawa Peda:
Mawa Peda: First of all, grate the Mawa or grind it finely with your hands now place a pan on the gas add one spoon of ghee in the pan, and let it heat. After the ghee gets heated, now grind the Mawa with your hands or grate it. Add prepared Mawa.
Now mix the Mawa well and keep the gas on medium. Keep stirring the Mawa with the help of a spoon, otherwise, the Mawa may stick to the pan and burn. If the Mawa sticks to the pan and burns, then the smell of burning may come from the Mawa. Therefore, keep stirring the Mawa again and again.
And now when the Mawa starts melting add milk and mix it well. Now in some time, the Mawa will start thickening. Keep in mind that you should neither keep the Mawa too thin nor too thick.
Now roast the Mawa till it becomes light golden or till it turns slightly red and after the Mawa thickens, you will see whether a small ball is formed with your hands or not. If a ball is formed then the Mawa for pedal is ready. Now turn off the gas. Give it a try and take out the Mawa in a plate.
Now take out the Mawa on a plate and let it cool for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, grind the cardamom into powder and add it to the Mawa Also add powdered sugar and mix it well.
Now let the Mawa mixture cool down completely. After the Mawa cools down, apply ghee to your hands and knead it. After kneading, make small balls and roll them into balls. After making them round, press the Mawa mixture with your hands and flatten them. do it
