Ingredients for making Paneer Bhurji:

  • a bowl of paneer
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • a cup of coriander
  • half teaspoon red chilli powder
  • half teaspoon garam masala
  • half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 spoons oil
  • salt as per taste
  • half teaspoon cumin

Method to make Paneer Bhurji:

Paneer Bhurji: First of all, take the paneer on a plate and crush it finely with your hands. Now finely chop the onion, finely chop the tomato, finely chop the green chillies and finely chop the green coriander.

And now place a pan on the gas and put oil in the pan and let the oil heat. After the oil gets hot, add cumin seeds. After the cumin seeds swell, add chopped onion and green chillies and mix well.

Now after frying the onion and turning golden, add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Cook till the tomatoes become soft. It will take 3 to 4 minutes for the tomatoes to become soft.

And now after tomatoes become soft, add red chilli powder and garam masala. After adding dry spices, mix well. Now add chopped coriander and salt as per taste and mix well.

And now add the mashed paneer to the masala and mix it. Now cook the paneer for 5 minutes and keep the gas on medium. After 5 minutes, turn off the gas.
