Egg Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients to make Egg Fried Rice:
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 1 onion
- 1 capsicum
- 5 to 7 lesson buds
- 2 green chilies
- a small piece of ginger
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1 cup beans
- 1 carrot
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp red chili sauce
- 1 cup green onions
- salt to taste
- half a teaspoon of black pepper powder
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 eggs
Method for making Chinese and Egg Fried Rice:
egg fried rice: First of all put the rice in a bowl and wash it, now add water to the rice and soak the rice for half an hour. After half an hour, keep a pan or pot on the gas.
Add another 3 glasses of water and add salt as per taste to the water and boil the water, after the water starts boiling add the soaked rice
After putting rice in boiled water, let the water boil again. After boiling, keep the gas on medium and let the rice cook, cook the rice for 5 to 7 minutes or until the rice is cooked. After the rice is cooked Remove all the water left in the rice.
And now cut the onion thinly and cut the capsicum thinly. Cut the carrot also into thin slices. Cut the cabbage also thinly. Finely chop the garlic and also finely chop the ginger.
Now put a pan on the gas and put 4 spoons of oil in the pan and let the oil get hot, after the oil is hot, now put the chopped ginger and garlic in the oil, taking care that the ginger and garlic should not burn, roast for half a minute.
Now add onion and fry for half a minute, now add chopped vegetables, add capsicum, carrot, and cabbage and mix well and cook the vegetables for 1 to 2 minutes.
Now add 2 eggs and mix well and now add 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons red chili sauce, and half a teaspoon black pepper powder and mix it and add 1 teaspoon water and mix it.
Now add cooked rice and mix and add some chopped green onions. And mix well, now cook egg fried rice again for 2 minutes, after 2 minutes turn off the gas.
Now our egg fried rice is ready. Serve hot. If you make egg fried rice in this way, everyone will like it very much.
