How to make Chicken Chili:

Chilli chicken: Everyone likes Chicken Chilli. Chicken Chilli is very tasty to eat. Chicken Chilli is a Chinese recipe. And who does not like Chinese? From children to elders, everyone likes Chicken Chilli. It does not take much time to make Chicken Chilli. And it is very easy to make, which is why everyone likes chicken chili.

Ingredients to make Chicken Chili:

  • Half Kilo Boneless Chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red powder
  • oil for frying
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cornflower
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp red chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon green chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 2 capsicum
  • 1 cup green coriander
  • 2 onions
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 cup onion paste
  • 5 to 7 lesson buds
  • a piece of ginger
  • Tandoori color 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • Cabbage

How to make Chicken Chili:

Chilli chicken: First of all, wash the chicken thoroughly with water 3 to 4 times. Now put the chicken in a vessel. Cut the chicken into small pieces and put ginger garlic paste on the chicken. And add salt as per taste, black pepper powder, tandoori color, one broken egg, one cup flour, and 1 cup cornflower. Now mix well and keep it to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.

Keep in mind that while making chicken chili, do not forget to break the egg and add it to the marinated chicken because due to the egg, the chicken does not get a thick layer and the chicken chili tastes good.

If you do not add egg then the fried chicken will get a thick coating of flour and corn flour. And there is more flour in the food too, hence do not forget to add egg.

After one to two hours, mix the marinated chicken once again. Now place a pan on the gas pour oil into the pan and let it heat.

After the oil is heated, take out one piece of marinated chicken put it in the oil, and fry it.

After frying, take out the fried chicken on a plate and let the chicken cool down.

Now finely chop the onion and finely chop the onion leaves, finely chop the cabbage, now finely chop garlic and ginger, and finely chop coriander.

After chopping all the vegetables, put a pan on the gas. Heat 2 spoons of oil in the pan, after the oil becomes hot, put chopped ginger and garlic in the oil and add green chilies. Now put chopped onion, cabbage, capsicum, and onion leaves in oil and fry the vegetables in oil for 1 to 2 minutes.

Keep in mind that the vegetables should not be cooked too much, because in Chili Chicken, vegetables are not cooked, if the vegetables are cooked, then the Chili Chicken does not taste good, that’s why the vegetables should not be cooked too much.

After roasting the vegetables for 1 minute, add soya sauce, red chili sauce, green chili sauce, and a little vinegar and mix it in the vegetables. Now take water in a bowl and mix 1 teaspoon of cornflour and flour in the water and add it to the vegetables.

And let it boil, After boiling add fried chicken and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, after cooking, take it out on a plate.
