Ingredients for Chicken Tikka :

  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • Green chilies 2 to 3
  • Chicken Seekh
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cups curd
  • a spoonful of gram flour
  • 1 teaspoon Kasturi Methi
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • Garam masala half teaspoon
  • cumin powder half teaspoon
  • black pepper powder a little
  • little black salt
  • a lemon
  • 1 cup green coriander
  • 1 onion
  • chaat masala half teaspoon

Method of making Chicken Tikka:

First of all, wash the chicken two to three times and put the chicken in a vessel, and cut the chicken into small pieces, now add musk red chili powder, turmeric powder, a little oil, salt as per taste, ginger garlic paste, and at least half of the chicken. Keep it for an hour, if you want to make it better, soft, and juicy, then keep it marinated for six hours.

After half an hour, do not forget to add curd, black salt, musk red chili powder, chaat masala, garam masala powder, black pepper, and musk fenugreek to the marinated chicken. Grind the musk fenugreek finely with your hands or you can add it like this.

Chicken Tikka

Heat two spoons of oil in a pan, take care that the oil is not too hot, now fry the gram flour in it, when the foam comes out of the gram flour, then put musk red chili powder in it, and turn off the gas, now the gram flour is marinated. Put it in the chicken and mix it.

After mixing, put a bowl in the marinated chicken and put a burning coal in the bowl, put some ghee on it and keep it covered for half an hour.

Heat some oil in a pan, now put the marinated chicken in it, and keep it covered for 5 minutes also make the gas medium.
