Chicken Masala Recipes: Chicken Masala Non-Vegetarian people like it a lot, who does not like Chicken Masala? Chicken Masala is very easy to make and very tasty to eat. It is delicious.

Ingredients for Chicken Masala:

  • half kg chicken
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • a small piece of ginger
  • 5 to 7 sprigs of leesoon
  • Green coriander one cup
  • A green mint one cup
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • half teaspoon coriander powder
  • half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chicken masala
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 5 to 7 link addresses
  • 3 to 4 bay leaves

Ingredients for cooking chicken:

  • half kg chicken
  • half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • green coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp oil

Chicken Recipe:

Chicken Masala: First, wash the chicken 3 to 4 times in clean water and take it out in a vessel, and cut the chicken into small pieces. Now cut onion and tomato very finely and also chop green coriander, now put a pan on the gas and put oil in the pan, after the oil is hot, put onion in the oil and cook till it becomes golden.

After the onion turns golden, add tomatoes and add the ginger-lesson paste and fry it, now add turmeric and salt as per taste and fry it well until the tomato becomes soft.

After the tomatoes become soft, now add the chicken and mix it well, now heat the water on another gas and put it in the chicken, keep in mind that the water has to be hot, do not pour cold water, otherwise, the chicken will not be able to taste.

Let the chicken cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.

Method for making Chicken Masala:

After the chicken is cooked, now put a pan on the gas and put some oil in the pan, after the oil is hot, put dry coconut or small pieces in the oil and fry the coconut until the coconut turns golden.

After roasting, take out the coconut on a plate, now cut the onion into long pieces, and fry it in oil, put the garlic bud and ginger into small pieces and fry all seven onions.

Chicken Masala

While roasting onions, keep in mind that the onions should not be fried too little, if your onions are lightly fried, then the onion will taste slightly sweet and our chicken masala will not be good.

If you over-roast your onion, then the test of the onion in the chicken masala will be burnt, so while frying the onion, keep in mind that the onion should not be fried too much. After that, take out the onion, garlic, and ginger on a plate.

After the coconut and onion cool down, add roasted coconut, roasted onion, green coriander, and tomato to the jar of the mixer and grind it to make a fine paste.

Now put oil in a pan and heat the oil and put curry leaves and bay leaves in the oil, now add the ground spices and mix them in the oil, now add dry spices like red chili powder, a little turmeric powder, garam masala, chicken masala, coriander Add the powder and mix it well, add some water to the spices and mix it.

Keep in mind that while making chicken masala, whenever you add coconut and onion, ginger, garlic, coriander, and tomato paste in oil, after adding dry spices, you have to add water to the spices and fry because the spices should be cooked from inside.

That’s why it should be cooked by adding water, if water is not added then the spices will not cook from inside and our chicken masala will not become tasty, so it should be cooked by adding water.

Now when the spices start to release the oil, then finely chop the green mint and put it in the spices, now add the cooked chicken and mix it add a little hot water and cook till it comes to a boil, and keep the gas on medium for 5 minutes.
