- 4 to 5 almonds
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

- 3 to 4 green cardamom
- a small piece of cinnamon
- 4 to 5 black pepper
- 1 mace
- 4 to 5 cloves
- half teaspoon cumin
- 2 dry red chilies
- half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- salt to taste
- 1 red chili
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp Kasturi Methi
Method of making Chicken Korma:
Chicken korma: First of all wash the chicken well and keep it in a bowl. After squeezing the chicken we will remove all the extra water, now we will marinate the chicken.
To marinate the chicken, add the mixture of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, turmeric, black pepper, and garlic
paste, curd to the chicken, and mix this mixture well in the chicken until it comes out of pieces. It does not go inside and now keep these pieces for 1 to 2 hours.
Now we will take onion, peel it and cut it into thin slices. And take a pan and heat it. After the pan is hot, now we will put oil in it and heat it.
After the oil is hot, now we will put the onion in it and keep stirring the onion continuously and fry the onion till it turns golden brown in color.

After frying the onion, we will add the marinated chicken inside it. And we will fry it on low flame. While roasting the chicken, cover it and roast it, do not try to roast it by stirring it again and again, because of this our chicken will break.
When you fry the chicken for a while, you will see that the chicken is looking white. When you see this, now put salt, turmeric, red chili, and coriander powder inside it and fry it on a medium flame for 5 minutes.
