How to make Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients for making Chicken Fried Rice:
- 2 tbsp – Oil
- 1 cup – Rice
- as per taste – salt
- 2 tsp – Garlic finely chopped
- 2 tsp – ginger finely chopped
- 1 cup – finely chopped green onions
- 3/4 cup – finely chopped chicken
- 2 tbsp – Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp – Vinegar
- 1 tsp – Chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp – finely chopped green chilies
Method of making Chicken Fried Rice:
Chicken Fried Rice: First of all, we will put a pan on the gas for heating and heat 2 teaspoons of oil in it, then put the finely chopped chicken in the oil and add salt and fry for some time, when its water dries up, put the chicken in a pan. Take it out on a plate and keep it aside
Now on one hand we will prepare rice in the same way as we make simple rice.
Then put 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and heat it and add finely chopped chillies and finely chopped garlic, ginger, when all this turns slightly brown, then fry onion and lentils in it and then after 1 minute, chicken lentils for a few seconds. Cook then add all the sauces and vinegar to it and mix.
Then put cooked rice in it and cook on high flame.
Also, add salt as per taste and mix it. Now turn off the gas and garnish with green onions.
Now our Chicken Fried Rice is ready. Serve Chicken Fried Rice hot. If you make Egg Fried Rice in this way, everyone will like it very much.
