  • ½ kg boneless chicken

  • 2 to 3 tbsp flour

  • 1/2 cup curd
  • half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 4 green chilies
  • a small piece of ginger
  • 5 to 7 lesson buds
  • half a teaspoon of black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 5 to 7 curry leaves
  • 2 dry red chilies
  • oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp red chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • a little red food color
  • 1 cup green coriander

How to make Chicken 65 :

First of all, wash the chicken 2 to 3 times with clean water and take it out in a vessel and cut the chicken into small pieces, now let’s marinate the chicken, first break 1 egg on the cut pieces of chicken.

Now after pouring egg on the chicken, add 2 to 3 teaspoons flour, 2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chili powder, half a cup curd, half a teaspoon turmeric powder, half a teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, salt as per taste, little red add color and mix well

After putting all the spices on the chicken, now we mix it well and marinate the chicken for half an hour, you can also marinate the chicken in fizz.

After half an hour, take out the marinated chicken from the fizz and once again mix it well, now put a pan on the gas and put oil in the pan and let the oil heat up, after the oil is hot, now we put the chicken one by one. Put the pieces in oil and fry until the chicken is cooked from inside.

Now take out the fried chicken on a plate and once again fry the fried chicken in oil for 2 minutes and take out a plate.

Now put a pan on the gas and put 2 spoons of oil in the pan and let the oil heat up, after the oil is hot, add 4 green chilies cut in the middle, a small piece of ginger, finely chopped and 5 to 7 garlic buds Chop it too finely and add 2 dry red chilies, 5 to 7 curry leaves.

Now put 2 spoons tomato sauce, 2 spoons red chili sauce, 2 spoons soya sauce, and one spoon curd in a bowl and mix it. Now put this paste in the pan and fry for 1 minute. Now put the fried chicken in the pan and mix it. Fry it for 2 to 3 minutes and add some chopped coriander leaves.

Now our Chicken 65 is ready and now serve it hot. Chicken 65 becomes very tasty.
