Ingredients for making Besan Ladoo:
- 2 cups Besan
- half cup ghee
- 4 to 5 cardamoms
- half cup powdered sugar
- 4 to 5 almonds
- 4 to 5 pistachios
Method of making Besan Ladoo:
Besan Ladoo: First of all, filter the Besan on a plate. After filtering the gram flour, place a pan on the gas add ghee to the pan, and let the ghee melt. After the ghee melts, add the filtered Besan.
And now after adding the Besan, mix the Besan well and keep stirring the Besan again and again with the help of a spoon keep the gas on medium and keep stirring the gram flour, otherwise, the Besan may burn.
Now fry the Besan till it turns light golden or till it turns light red. It will take at least 10 to 12 minutes to roast the Besan. Keep stirring the Besan again and again until the Besan turns light golden.
And now after the Besan becomes light golden, turn off the gas and take out the Besan on a big plate. Now let the Besan cool for 5 minutes. Till then peel the cardamom and make powder.
And now after the Besan cools for 5 minutes, add cardamom powder and also add half a cup of powdered sugar and mix well. After the besan and sugar are mixed well, we will now make Besan Ladoo.
