  • 2 capsicum
  • 2 green chilies

  • ½ tsp schezwan sauce
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp green onions
  • Half cup green coriander

For Batter:

  • 3 tbsp corn flour
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • salt to taste
  • a cup of water
  • half a teaspoon of black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp schezwan sauce

For Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp red chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp green chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 spoon of corn flour
  • salt to taste

Method to make Egg Chilli:

chilli egg: First of all, put 2 glasses of water in a vessel, add one spoon of salt, and add 4 eggs keep the vessel on the gas and boil the eggs for at least 10 to 12 minutes or until the eggs are cooked.

After the egg is cooked, turn off the gas and take out the egg on a plate and remove the peel from the egg and cut one egg into 4 parts with a knife, now we make the batter for egg chili.

First of all, take a bowl and add 3 spoons corn flour, 3 spoons all-purpose flour, 1 egg, salt as per taste, half a spoon black pepper powder, and half a spoon schezwan sauce in the bowl and mix it now add water little by little, pay attention while adding water Keep in mind that the water should not be too much, so add water little by little.

After the batter is made, now take dry flour on a plate and put the chopped eggs in the flour apply flour from all sides of the egg and then put the egg in the egg chili batter.

Now put a pan on the gas and put oil in the pan and let the oil heat up, after the oil is hot, put one egg in the egg chili batter and fry it until the egg turns golden in color. Fry the egg after getting golden color, and take out the egg on a plate.

Chilli Egg

In a bowl, add 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons red chili sauce, 2 teaspoons green chili sauce, 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon corn flour, salt as per taste, and add one cup water and mix.

Now cut the onion a little bigger, cut the capsicum into big pieces, and finely chop the ginger, finely chop the garlic, finely chop the green chilies and finely chop the green coriander.

Now put a pan on the gas and put oil in the pan and let the oil get hot, after the oil is hot, now add finely chopped ginger, add finely chopped garlic, and add green chilies and fry for half a minute.

Now add onion and capsicum and fry for 1 to 2 minutes, now add the mixed sauce, mix and cook the sauce for 1 to 2 minutes or until the sauce thickens.

After the sauce is cooked, now add the fried eggs and mix it, now add green coriander and after 1 minute, turn off the gas.
