Ingredients for making Egg Bhurji:
- 4 egg
- 3 to 4 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- a cup of coriander
- half teaspoon red chilli powder
- half teaspoon garam masala
- half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 2 green chillies
- 2 spoons oil
- salt as per taste
Method to make Egg Bhurji:
Anda Bhurji: First of all, chop the onion finely, chop the tomato finely, chop the green chilli finely, chop the green coriander finely. And now place a pan on the gas pour oil into the pan and let the oil heat. let the oil heat up
Now add chopped onion in oil and also add green chillies and mix well. Now fry the onion and after it turns golden, add chopped tomato and mix well. Cook till the tomato becomes soft. It will take 3 to 4 minutes for this to happen.
And now after tomatoes become soft, add red chilli powder and garam masala. After adding dry spices, mix well. Now add chopped coriander and salt as per taste and mix well.
And now break the egg, add it to the spices and mix, fry for 5 to 6 minutes. After the egg bhurji is ready, turn off the gas and take out the egg bhurji on a plate.
