- 4 tbsp oil
To cook mutton:
- Mutton 500
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- half a teaspoon of turmeric powder

- green coriander
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
Standing Spices:
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 to 5 black peppercorns
- 4 to 5 cloves
- 1/2 tsp Shahi Jeera
- a small piece of cinnamon
- a star flower
- 2 green cardamom

Method to make Mutton Dalcha:
Mutton Dalcha: First of all wash the mutton well, now put oil in a pan and let the oil get hot, after the oil is hot, cut the onion and tomato and put the onion in the hot oil and fry it for 2 minutes, now add the tomato.
And cook until tomatoes become soft, now add ginger garlic paste and mix well, now add turmeric powder and chopped coriander leaves and add salt as per taste and add mutton

Now heat a bowl, add water, and add tamarind to the hot water, after the cooker cools down, mash all the vegetables with a spoon.
And now put a pan on the gas and put oil in the pan after the oil is hot, put the spices standing in the oil, 2 bay leaves, 4 to 5 black pepper, 4 to 5 cloves,
Add half a teaspoon of Shahi Jeera, a small piece of cinnamon, star anise, 2 green cardamoms
Now add finely chopped onion and add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes, now add 2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder and mix it well.
Now add cooked vegetables and mix well, now add cooked mutton and tamarind water and mix well.
Now chop green coriander, chop green mint, and add it to the cinnamon mix it well and let the cinnamon boil, after boiling keep the gas on medium and cook for 5 minutes, now turn off the gas.
