Veg Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients to make Veg Fried Rice:
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 1 onion
- 1 capsicum
- 5 to 7 lesson buds
- 2 green chilies
- a small piece of ginger
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1 cup beans
- 1 carrot
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp red chili sauce
- 1 cup green onions
- salt to taste
- half a teaspoon of black pepper powder
- 3 tbsp oil
Method for making Veg and Chinese Fried Rice:
Veg fried rice: First put the rice in a bowl and wash it, now add water to the rice and soak the rice for half an hour. After half an hour, keep a pan or pot on the gas.
Add another 3 glasses of water and add salt as per taste to the water and boil the water, after the water starts boiling add the soaked rice
After putting rice in boiled water, let the water boil again. After boiling, keep the gas on medium and let the rice cook, cook the rice for 5 to 7 minutes or until the rice is cooked. After the rice is cooked Remove all the water left in the rice.
And now finely chop the onion and finely chop the capsicum as well. Finely chop the carrots. Finely chop the beans, finely chop the green chilies and thinly chop the cabbage. Finely chop the garlic and finely chop the ginger.
Now put a pan on the gas and put 4 spoons of oil in the pan and let the oil get hot. After the oil is heated, now put the chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilies in the oil. Keep in mind that ginger and garlic should not burn for half a minute. Only roast
And now add onion and fry for half a minute. Now add chopped vegetables, capsicum, carrot, beans, and cabbage. Add salt as per taste and mix well and cook the vegetables for 1 to 2 minutes.
And now add 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons red chili sauce, half teaspoon black pepper powder and mix it and add 1 teaspoon of water and mix it.
Now add cooked rice and mix it and add some chopped green onions. And mix it well, now cook the veg fried rice again for 2 minutes, after 2 minutes turn off the gas.
