Method of making Pulao

Pulao Recipe: It is very easy to make pulao. Everyone likes pulao very much, from children to elders like pulao. Then you can eat it for dinner.

Ingredients to make Pulao:

  • 1/2 kg basmati rice
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bowl peas
  • 1 big-size potato
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1oo gram bowl of cauliflower
  • 50 grams beans
  • 2 green chilies
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup green coriander
  • 1 cup mint
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 tsp biryani masala
  • 2 pods cardamom
  • 1 inch cinnamon
  • 5 cloves
  • a small piece of cinnamon
  • Half teaspoon Shahi Jeera
  • Bay leaves 3 to 4
  • 1 chakra flower
  • Black pepper 7 to 8
  • half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Method of making Pulao:

Pulao recipe: First of all, take a vessel and pour 2 glasses of water into the vessel. Now peel the potatoes and cut them, according to your choice, cut the potatoes thin or thick. and put it in water.

Now peel the carrot and cut it lengthwise or square it. And put it in the water. Put the peas in the water. Now cut the cauliflower a little bigger and put it in the water.

Now cut the capsicum as per your choice or cut it square while cutting the capsicum, keep in mind that do not take the seeds of capsicum. After cutting the capsicum put the capsicum in water. Cut all the vegetables and put them in water.

Now finely chop the onion, finely chop the tomato, finely chop the mint leaves, finely chop the green coriander, and cut the green chilies into pieces.

Now put a cooker on the gas and put oil in the cooker and let the oil heat up. After the oil is hot, put the chopped vegetables in the oil.

And after roasting the vegetables for 5 minutes, take out the vegetables on a plate.

Now put oil and ghee in the cooker and let it heat up. After the oil and ghee are done, put the spices in the oil and ghee.

For example, roast 2 pods of cardamom, 1 inch of cinnamon, 5 cloves, a small piece of cinnamon, half a teaspoon of cumin seeds, 3 to 4 bay leaves, 1 black pepper, 7 to 8 black peppercorns for 1 to 2 minutes.

Now add finely chopped onions and pieces of green chilies. And fry until the onion turns golden brown. Now add tomatoes.

And after the tomatoes become soft, add ginger garlic paste and mix, now add all the roasted vegetables and mix well.

And now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, biryani masala, chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves and mix and add two glasses of water and let the water boil, after boiling add salt as per taste.

Sieve the basmati rice in a vessel and put it in another vessel and add water to the rice, wash the rice and put it in the cooker and mix it well and cover the cooker and let the cooker whistle for three whistles.

After three whistles of the cooker, turn off the gas. Now our pulao is ready.

And let the cooker cool down. After the cooker cools down, take the pulao to a plate and serve it hot. The pulao is very tasty to eat. You must try making this recipe.
