- Mawa 250 grams
- sugar 3 bowl
- Raisins 15 to 20
- cashew nuts chopped
- sliced almonds
- cardamom 6 crushed
Method for making Gajar Halwa:
To make Gajar Ka Halwa, take red and big Gajar, first peel the carrots, wash them thoroughly, and grate them into a pumpkin.
Now put a pan on the gas and put ghee in the pan, after the ghee is hot, put the grated Gajar in the pan and mix it well.
Now add milk to the Gajar and mix it well. Keep cooking the Gajar and milk until the milk becomes completely thick and keep stirring in between.
Now after the milk thickens, add 250 grams of grated Mawa to the Gajar, add 3 bowls of sugar, and mix it well, continue cooking the Gajar until the sugar dissolves.
Now add Mawa, 15 to 20 raisins, chopped cashews, chopped almonds, 6 crushed cardamoms after the sugar dissolves and mix well and let the halwa cook for 5 minutes, now turn off the gas.
Suggestion: You can increase or decrease the number of dry fruits in Gajar Ka Halwa as per your choice, you can add the dry fruits you like and you can remove the ones you don’t like.
